Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees - Ensure the safety and well-being of all event participants - Set up and tear down event equipment and decorations - Assist with crowd control and manage lines or queues - Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems - Serve food and beverages to event guests - Monitor event areas for cleanliness and promptly address any issues - Assist with event logistics, such as parking and seating arrangements Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact - Hospitality or food service experience is an asset - Comfortable handling cash and making accurate transactions -Comfortable wearing various uniforms or themed dress for the event - Familiarity with events management principles and practices Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
